Pickmotion is looking for a person with drive and passion who will join the company with great enthusiasm and is ready to take on responsibility. In your role as Marketing Manager, you will work together with management to develop new business strategies and to put them into practice through the campaigns you’ve developed. In this exciting and versatile task, you have the opportunity to personally contribute to the further success of the aspiring publishing house!

WHO WE ARE:

Pickmotion is an up-and-coming publisher. Together with the best Instagram artists worldwide, we develop exclusive print products and sell them millions of times in more than 3,000 sales outlets throughout Europe. Among our biggest customers are Thalia, AIDA-Cruises, Paperchase and La Chaise Longue.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Development of marketing strategies based on corporate and sales goals
  • Development and implementation of attractive marketing measures in our online channels (social media, Google, e-mail, online magazine) and offline channels (tradeshows, advertising, parcel delivery, mailing, sales visits)
  • Success measurement through web analytics and individual reporting to optimise the marketing budget
  • Identification, planning and active participation in around 10 national and international leading tradeshows per year
  • Participation in the development of the B2B and B2C webshop
  • Participation in product development (designs as well as image and text language)
  • Media analysis of relevant magazines and blogs of the industry to target ads and paid content posts
  • Market and competition monitoring: Carrying out market analyses as a basis for expanding global sales activities

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for marketing, communication and interaction with people
  • Sound marketing and PR experience through your studies and/or professional career
  • Experience in leading teams beneficial
  • Confident handling of web analytics tools, as well as Google Ad Words and FB Ads Manager is a must, experience in conversion optimisation and a basic understanding of the technical implementation (Pixel Code, HTML) are beneficial
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and various CRM tools is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Understanding of minimalistic, positive image and text language and the ability to inspire people through storytelling
  • Analytical understanding, problem-solving ability and resilience
